Specification

The instruments can be supplied in the following diameters - 12mm, 18mm, 24mm & 34mm.
Centralising Bushes are available for all diameters, which ensures the instrument is central in the bore.
This also increases the range of bores that can be inspected.
The systems have great depth of field and the variable dioptre setting of the eyepiece allows greater flexibility of the range of viewing.

They are supplied in various lengths up to a maximum:
12mm dia - 6.6 metre max.
18mm dia - 7.9 metre max.
24mm dia - 7.3 metre max.
34mm dia -15.2 metrc max. Interchangeable Optical Heads allow:
• Direct Forward View
• Retrograde Oblique View
• Right Angle View
The 12 volt Quartz Halogen Light Source is powered by a transformer operating from either 110v/240v.
CCD and 35mm cameras can be fitted if required.
All introscopes can be fitted with the following options:
• Rotating Electrical Contact
• Rotating Right Angle Eyepiece
• Rigid Right Angle Eyepiece
A depth and rotary scale can be engraved on the instrument to identify areas of special interest (cracks, corrosion etc.) and a x3 or zoom eyepiece can be used for close inspection. Contact us       pagetop

Ultrapak Coaxial Illuminated Projection Microscope

The system is designed to have a long working distance (60mm) and 35 degree field of view and is used primarily for the inspection of small diameter bores 6mm-15mm, internal diameter.
The instrument can also be used for internal measurement by the inclusion of a graticule in the eyepiece.
The co-axial illumination system eliminates glare and is supplied by 150w variable power supply with a flexible fibre optic light guide to the microscope.
The system is of robust construction for use in production and inspection areas.

Nozzlescope

The nozzlescope is a fibre-lit endoscope for the inspection of internal surfaces - it can be stand mounted or be used free hand.
• Diameter 3.4mm
• Field of View 35 degrees
Fixed focus with a maximum working distance of 65mm.
Right angled viewing can be achieved by a mirror tube sleeve.
The instrument can also be used for internal measurement by the inclusion of a graticule in the eyepiece.
The light source is 150w variable power supply, with flexible fibre optic light guide.
